WordPress Comments Gains FaceBook and Twitter Integration

The first rule of digital agencies, particularly with small firms for clients, is to have some sort of content platform, i.e. a blog. Blogs are great for communicating long form communications with the public, but they are not as good about receiving feedback. The process for a customer to leave feedback on a blog is often complicated and is most easily done anonymously, preventing the company’s ability to follow-up. The latest WordPress development resolves much of that problem.

Now if a viewer is already logged into his FaceBook or Twitter account then they will automatically be logged into the comment section of the WordPress blog. This will help the digital agency and the client of the digital agency interested in crowd sourcing or even just interested in having a conversation with its customers.
