Mobile Apps Now Drive More Time than Web

There are two reasons June was a significant month for the digital agency. Tablet and smartphones sales were larger in volume than desktops and notebooks. Secondly, users spent more time on mobile applications than they did viewing web pages. That last development was the result mainly of more sessions per user rather than longer sessions.

The digital agency will not find this too surprising, because it shows they are in the right industry. How this news does affect the digital agency is by emphasizing a prioritization of application advertising over web based, even mobile web, advertising. This is all part of the Web Is Dead trend that has been a talking point for the past year.
