Sat Jul, 2012 by Derek Mehraban
There is a new World Record for the English Channel 6-woman relay swim, as six women from Ann Arbor, Michigan beat the World Record Time by 4 minutes! Channel for ALS is was started to raise money for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and so far they have raised $77,000 dollars. The six women broke the record of 18 hours 59 minutes. This incredible story deserves a closer look. I posted this digital media wrapup for any journalists looking to cover this story now that they broke the record. Please do, as it’s an incredible story and for a great cause. Thank you!
