#DigitalChat: Live from TEDxDetroit

Get excited, everyone! It’s time for another tweet chat! Our first #DigitalChat on Pinterest for business went so well that we hosted a second on leveraging Twitter for event marketing, a third about viral video strategies, and then a fourth about building brand influence. The #DigitalChat is turning into one of our favorite monthly events, and we hope you’ll join us for another lively discussion!

Friday, Oct. 26, from 3-4pm EDT, follow @ingenex or the hashtag #DigitalChat to participate in an awesome chat Live from TEDxDetroit.  The chat will be guided by a series of questions from @ingenex and moderated by CEO Derek Mehraban (@mehraban) and our Content Producer, Erin K. O’Neill (@ekoneill). You can participate in a guided conversation by using the #DigitalChat hashtag in your tweets. Look for labeled questions from @ingenex, and respond by prefacing your tweet with the appropriate answer tag. For example:

• Q5: Many TED talks are ideas, but not something that’s quite implemented yet. What are the value of these ideas? #DigitalChat
• A5: Ideas fuel invention. We need to be inspired to move forward as a society. #DigitalChat

This way, participants will be able to easily follow conversations about questions that matter most to them. You can contribute to the conversation by tweeting your own questions, examples, or thoughts about TEDxDetroit (and also follow others’ insights) by continually searching the #DigitalChat hashtag.

TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design, and has since spread even further. TEDx is a global movement devoted to bringing Ideas Worth Spreading to communities around the globe through independently-organized TED-like events.
